Who can benefit from reflexology?
Reflexology is non-invasive, suitable for all ages and may bring relief for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Many people find it beneficial, after completing a course of reflexology for a specific condition, to continue with regular treatments in order to maintain well-being.

Reflexology is also popular for its ability to counteract stress by relaxing the mind and the body and many doctors and other health care professionals recognise it as a respected and effective therapy. more
