I qualified as a Medical Herbalist from the University of Westminster in London with a BSc hons degree in 2006 and am a member of the professional body, the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (www.nimh.org.uk) for whom I act as a Support Information Officer, providing advice to the public by answering email enquiries.

Apart from Herbal Medicine I also practise Reflexology and Indian Head Massage at the Natural Therapies Clinic in Weybridge.

I have had a keen interest in complementary medicine for a number of years and treat all kinds of conditions with tailor-made herbal prescriptions. I have found that patients benefit from a combination of Herbal Medicine with either of the two massage therapies.

I enjoy the ‘hands-on’ experience of growing, collecting and harvesting herbs and took on an allotment last year growing both herbs and vegetables. I also provide, upon request, talks on herbal medicine or herbal walks to groups or clubs within the community.
